| Flexible
Spending Accounts, or as they are known by the IRS, Section 125/129
plans, offer Employers and their Employees a wonderful way to
increase benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision, Prescription Drugs
and transportation). At the same time,
decreasing payroll taxes to both the Employer and the Employee.
Cafeteria plans give the freedom to Employers to offer Employees
and Covered Dependents multiple choices in health care benefits
(Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Prescription Drug and Flexible
Spending Accounts) on a pre-tax basis. Employees’ salary
contributions are redirected into non-cash benefits, again
escaping Federal, State and Local income taxation, including
