Medical/Rx Plans
All of the medical plans include a minimum of $15,000 life insurance, and a choice of prescription drug benefit plans. The life insurance and prescription drug benefits cannot be carved out.
All medical plans incorporate a PPO option. This means you have an in-network and out-of-network coverage benefit. Network choices are:

COBRA Administration
Participating members employing 20 employees or more have the option to have Preferred United Plans administer their COBRA for a fee of $1.25 per employee.
