The PUP of Michigan commission schedule
is for any line of business written: medical, life and
STD, for both new and renewal.
PUP of Michigan will protect
the original writing agent on the first year of commission
for a group.
Agent of Records (A.O.R.) will need
to be on the employer’s
letterhead, addressing the new agent/agency, with
the effective date. PUP of Michigan will send out
to the acting agent/agency a letter of notification
of the A.O.R. stating that they have ten (10) days
to rescind from the date the letter was sent.
